Does Crystallised Omniscience amulet work with mine/trap?

I think it does, but on poe.ninja, Only 0.4% and 0.3% use trap/mine with this amulet, so i thought mb it doesn't work.

It does work, but it does not make a lot of sense to use it and thats why it isnt used that much with mines/traps.

Main reason being 90% of traps/mines are physical spells, therefore elemental penetration does nothing.
It would work with explosive trap, but this is also not good since its scaled by ignite/DOT so Ashes of the Stars should still be better.

Also keep in mind Omniscience has a serious drawback the way it works.
If it doesnt give your build insane damage then its not worth it.

I would not recommend any build that use mines/traps with omniscience.

Think you mean fire trap, explosive is the multihit phys>fire one thats baller for single target.

They do work OP if you play most of the regular mine selection, obviously does nothing if you don't need penetration or want to scale a DoT.

uh... hate to break it to you but 2 traps being pure physical does not mean 90% of them are pure physical.

Not phys traps: Fire Trap, Ice Trap, Lightning Trap, Lightning Spire Trap, Flame thrower trap, Siphoning trap, conversion trap and explosive trap(this is a conversion one).

vs pure phys, Bear trap, Seismic trap.

mines only have elemental varients, or have the entire spell pool to pick from.

you can also convert your phys trap to cold or another element, which is exactly what the current dps leader on poe.ninja does
