Aul Uprising critical catalyst bug

Int versions of aul uprising have a mod: "Hits against nearby enemies have 50% increased critical strike chance". This mod also has a critical tag. When critical catalysts are used on the item we get +1-20% increased next to this mod but the value stays at 50% with no change. I think in this case the mod should either get boosted by catalysts or the misleading crit tag should be removed.
