Trade site taking ages to load and showing weird results

Trade website broken since hours. Showin ppl as offline, showing weird trade ratios.

I thought it's my internet but ye it loads long as hell. Checking prices by Awakened Poe Trade has the same issue

Very Slow too

Opening Trade search page/refreshing page while reviewing Inspect/Network:
- Takes ~8+ seconds each for the main page/headers to load, and then to load the search results.
- Running Chrome Version 98.0.4758.102
- No adblocker enabled for pathofexile sites (tried with adblocker on and experienced the same delays)
- I am also using Awakened POE Trade providing the link to the Pathofexile.com trade search.

Checking and updating Chrome to Version 99.0.4844.51 helped minimize the page/header slowdowns from over 8 seconds to just under 3 seconds, however the results are appearing anywhere between 2-4 seconds for say, 12 items, or above 7 seconds for say 100-120 items.

+1 except mine is so slow, it times out or only shows "player offline" results... I've got gigabyte internet too, and no lag in-game. I actually cannot use the trade site at this moment. Please address, GGG.
