Left Click can't be rebound. why?
left click can be used as an ability as well as a movement command when the ability isn't used on a target. For some reason left click can not be rebound. there are thousands of people who want to rebind left click to right click. when booting up the game they swap their left and right mouse click in their windows settings. it's silly.
Just let people rebind left click to right, it makes no sense to force this headache on people. It seems really simple and easy, no? is there a good reason for this? the game has been out a long time so im sure there is a reason for it but i can't imagine what it is. Oh, i never though of rebinding my mouse keys in windows, i would also prefer to walk with right mouse rather than left. But i think i would be annoyed at having to do this.

It can though? On your skill bar you can set left click to any ability you like, then set right click to "move only".

It can be rebound on the skill bar, but if you fiddle with your gear it will default back to default attack and get you killed. In the settings menu it is the only binding that is greyed out and can not be globally rebound. Default attack is only needed for one monster in the game the first one. After that it really has no business on the skill bar, and certainly should never find its way to left click again.

i think he wants to have skills on both mouse buttons, but he wants the right mouse button to have the function where it both uses a skill and serves as a walk/open chest/break barrel button situationally.
atm thats how your left mouse will function if you bind a skill to it, its unique as an input key in this respect. i think thats what hes getting at. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
