Got banned. Why?

Turned on my PC today. tried to log in my account and i see your account has been banned by administrator.
Reason - Real money trading Waiting for appeal already like 8 hours or something? Tried to contact a support - support cant give any information. What i did wrong? was hosting 5 ways and got payed for this? or buying items from people? Seems like noone cant tell anything about it. For how long i should wait for ban appeal? When i can play on my main account? Any info? Im playing since 2015. Got a lot of mtx here. Like wtf? Im also streaming PoE on twitch. So what RMT are you talking about? " RMT (Real Money Trading) means that you have bought or sold "things/services" for real money witch is against ToS. This include things you do on your stream (like giving items away if people sub to you and things like that).... You then have to make a BAN appeal and this is handle by the account investiogation team (seperate department from support). In this process, witch can take between 1 day and 4+ weeks at the moment, there is no status updates / queue placement information or anything until their investigation is complete and then you will be told if your account is restored or perma banned. |

Support is able, just spam on global, insta mute.
Check answers of GGG in other threads. HanSolo is GGG, check his posts. They ban u just like that to prevent you from farm for some days. Wait, play the game later, but keep your money in your pocket. |
