Molten sheel + cast when damage taken bugged

Currently my cast when damage taken cannot effect my molten shell (I'm talking about normal molten shell not vaal molten shell so that's not the reason) Does anyone know why this would be?

Your character tab is hidden, but there are two possible reasons;

1) Your MS level is higher than your CWDT trigger level.

2) You don't have enough unreserved mana to cast your MS when triggered.

Notice that there is a 250% mana cost multiplier for each skill gem linked to CWDT as of 3.15.

3) you got it affected by multiple triggers (all of them get disabled in this case)
