"Focus"

I actual play Explosive Arrow totems as probably everyone else as well :D

Anyway took a look into zizarian's guide.

On several items like helmet there is an enchant:

"xxx% increased duration of ailments you inflict while focused"

or

"xx% increased attack and cast speed while focused"

But i have no focus skill or something similar.

Can anyone explain that "focus" thing? Is it a skill or just meant i face the enemy or something else?

You'll get the focus skill once you have those mods on an item :)

Yeah its basically an activation skill you'll get that you can assign to a quickslot like anything else and you hit it when you want to bring the juice.

The ailment duration one is fantastic for any ignite skill with a rampup as you can get a good 10s ignite going fairly easily at max damage.
