Abyssal Jewel Stats Not Applied (6 mod corrupted)

Hi,
I just bought this abyssal jewel. It has 6 mods. The mod I care the most about is the +12% cold and lightning resistance mod. I only get +5% cold resistance and +4% lightning resistance when I equip it, according to my character stats panel. My bad, I thought it just meant -62% resistances!! If I could delete this post now I would.
