when will we be able to quality quivers?

it be nice to catalyst quivers to help with stats or res it like the only gear that can't be qualitied

quivers are related to shields/offhandweapon
catalysts only work on jewellery quivers dont need Q like shields because they dont have any local basestats i´m not saying i´m against something like this,but the current "no quality on quivers" makes sense for balance and what the item offers |

" then belts don't need catalyst either just weird that if you need a lil boost on reses or life than being able to q a quiver would be great |

" belts are used by every weapon type and are considered jewellery and use their modpool even though they have higher mods than rings/amulets as i said before quivers arent jewellery and use their own modpool which is a mix of other offhand items shields/weapons |
