Killed Maven but no Voidstone

I had the Maven mostly dead, but only one portal left so I asked for help. I was dead in the Maven arena and the helper killed the Maven, but I didn't get a voidstone. The favorite map slot for Maven is unlocked, and there were loot drops, so the Maven definitely died. I've tried talking to Kirac and restarting the game to see if he has the voidstone, but he doesn't.

Hi,
You wouldnt get it because there was one portal left. How would you go back in to pick it up if it did drop? |

" I couldn't go back in, and I'm not surprised that it didn't show up as loot for the person who killed it. But it clearly checked off the 'quest' that I killed the Maven (b/c the favorite map slot unlocked). So why can't I retrieve it from Kirac the same way I could if I forgot to loot it during a regular kill? If you have confirmation/knowledge that it is supposed to be one way or another that would be good too. |

why do you want the reward for something you did not achieve?

The maven did die while I was in the area, though - which is consistently associated with rewards. Furthermore, the game has already rewarded me for the task: 'Complete the Maven' because I unlocked a favorite map slot with that requirement. Why is the voidstone with the *exact* same requirement not also unlocked? |

yeah, it is not fair you got the credit and favored slot.. lying in arena dead is a bit different to actually defeating the boss
Dont get me wrong, it is nothing against you personally. I just express my opinion about these "carry" services in game, where you can actually "buy progress" The truth is, this option exists in game and many people have been using it, so no matter what I think about some moral dilemmas, you should have gotten all the rewards and credits.. " This is a fair point, and I don't entirely disagree. (I hadn't planned on asking for help and only did it with 5 portals down so I wouldn't lose rewards.) But yes, regardless of your/my feelings the current outcome is inconsistent. |

If you do the same thing with uber elder (kill boss but do not pick voidstone) it will be recoverable with Kirac.
