Harvest - More likely craft not working correctly with attributes
I have used the Harvest craft - "Reforge a Rare item, being much more likely to receive the same modifier types" 7/8 time on rings recently and the results seem off.
Usual setup: - ilvl 83 Shaper amethyst rings - +X to Strength, +X to Dexterity, +X to Intelligence, +x to Maximum Life, any other prefix - one of the mods is usually crafted - The craft was always performed in hideout This craft was performed 7/8 times and not a single time were any of the attributes kept in the craft, if I understand the craft correctly this is basically impossible. The prefixes were usually kept the same. I also bought a craft of another player and the results were the same. Photos are from said craft. I also just ran into this issue. Bricked rings multiple time trying to do this.

all reforge more likely does is increase the weight of mods in the same mod groups.
it does not guarantee hitting the same mods. |

I believe they touched (read nerfed) it when they toyed with Harvest and increased the number of crafts you can get with the 3.17 Atlas passive, and it's less "more likely"-ish than it was before. I had a similar experience beginning of the league. I just gave up using it, it's useless now if it takes 10 tries to hit more than one or two of the same mods <tag> compared to 3~4-ish tries before 3.17.
