Dancing Dervish+Rampage doesn't always disable weapon when channeling cyclone

First, the rework of dancing dervish has been fantastic. Thank you for that.

It's rare (like maybe 1 out of every 10-15 "rampage sessions"), but I've encountered an intermittent problem where in large packs or cases of "a lot going on" the dervishes will spawn but the sword doesn't disable while channeling cyclone. Again, it's inconsistent but here's the gist of what I've observed:
* Rampage not currently active
* Using Hollow Palm + Dancing Dervish + cyclone

- Begin to channel cyclone
- Move + attack mobs
- Rampage becomes active and dervishes spawn
- Sword doesn't seem to disable, so hollow palm is inactive, thus cyclone damage is awful
- Stop channeling cyclone for 250-500ms, then start channeling it again
- Sword is properly disabled thus hollow-palm is now active and mob obliteration ensues

It's almost like the channeling is blocking the sword from disabling.

Anyway, thanks again for reworking this item. Is there any way to get info on the cyclone skill the dervishes use? It would be helpful to know if their skill is based on a particular level of the cyclone gem and/or what the baseline stats are for the dervishes: Hit rating, crit rating, attack speed, baseline physical dmg. It would be best if this info showed up in game under the manifest dervishes skill or as a new "dervish cyclone" skill.

I have figured out how to recreate this:


- Gain rampage + Spawn dervishes
- Move around, think about life, stop channeling cyclone for a moment..
- Begin channeling cyclone while..
- Letting rampage expire + dervishes die off (while still channeling cyclone!)
- Go attack a mob and..
- Cyclone will be unable to do -any- hits

Current workaround right now is to stop+start channeling after rampage falls off, but it seems like rampage falling off shouldn't cause this behavior?
