Maps Disappearing from Map Stash Tab

I have had Atoll set as one of my favored maps, and had about 20-25 of them in my tab. After running a couple other maps for Archnemesis drops, I come back to my tab and all the T16 Atolls have disappeared from my stash, save a bricked unique atoll map.

Update: on running another map, the maps have returned to my stash.

I can re-create the empty-stash issue by control-clicking the corrupted atoll map (dropped due to 8-mod corrupted map sextant modifier corrupting a Maelstrom of Chaos) into the stash tab.
