A Blight Concept for the Atlas Tree: Ombre Oils

I like the new Atlas and the ability to specialize in a few specific leagues. Unfortunately, because of the way the skill tree is set up, I can't spec the new Atlas the same way as I had my old Atlas set up. It's really frustrating.

Also, some league passives are grossly overpowered, while other leagues take a lot of investment for very little gain.

So I was thinking, why not the ability to anoint notable passives on the Atlas?

A player could do this by using Ombre Oils. Much like their one-color counterparts, you could use Ombre Oils to allocate notable passives on the Atlas Tree. They could only be made by giving oil combos to Cassia, so investing in Blight on the tree would not be able to affect their drop rate.

They could be allocated onto the chest and the belt, and would allow players to choose a few passives on the Atlas tree that they want to invest in, but are either out of the way, or require too much investment for very little punch.

Much like the skill tree, certain Ombre Oil combos could be used to unlock exclusive passives that don't appear on the Atlas Tree, such as Scourge, Ultimatum, or even a more useful notable to buff a league mechanic that leaves a lot to be desired (I'm looking at you, Heist.)

Thoughts?
