Challenge Rewards

Hello community...
I'm not sure where to post this or how it can be resolved... My issue is that in the challenge rewards, if you have completed 12 challenges you get the ice character effect. So far I have completed more than 12 challenges and yet to receive my ice character effect. How can I claim for this reward and is there anyone else who has the same issue? There's nothing you need to do to claim it...rewards are added to your MTX collection automatically. Hit N in game and you should see it there.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

I've checked there. I forgot to mention that it doesn't appear there either.
