Heist Implicit affects all of the Gianna reveals

Not sure if this is intended of if it's a bug but after doing some contracts with new heist implicits (Rogue Perks Are Doubled) I noticed that all of my Gianna reveals stay at 80% even from doing normal contracts, without the implicit (I have equipement wit +1 of level of all jobs for heist so base should be 40%.

its not the implicits causing it, all rogues have incorrect tooltips in contracts and gianna has a functional defect in our favor.

Ye, I did some further testing with other peaople and it looks like it's doubled for everyone, it doesn't matter if you did contract with implicit or not
