Craft a shaper/elder wand to use with The Squire ?

I would like to craft a wand for a potential Blade Vortex char I got in mind but I'm far from an craft expert so I would like to hear from you how something like this is made, this is the 3 mod I want :

Elder Suffix : Socketed Gems are supported by Level 16-20 Increased Critical Damage

Shaper Prefix : Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 16-20 Cold Penetration

Shaper Prefix : Socketed Skills deal 40% more Spell Damage



I know I can Awakener Orb the Elder-Crit + Shaper-ColdPen but then there is the x% more spell damage that makes it hard for me(or vice versa if I awakener orb the Crit+More Spell dmg)

Woke together an elder and shaper wand. Scour it. Then use Aetheric + Frigid fossils until you get the 2 prefixes you want (Craft of Exile says 1462 tries on average if you are fine wtih L16). Then Prefixes can't be Changed and use Harvest Reforge Crit until you get your suffix.
