High CPU usage and overheating

Hello i know this topic was here before but none of the solutions work..
My laptop:

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz (16 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU
Display Memory: 24278 MB
Dedicated Memory: 8044 MB
Shared Memory: 16234 MB

Poe is installed on steam on ssd.

Delirium was the last league with no lags/latency spikes i had, since then i just cant make it work.. I have fresh system with only Poe and few programs installed, i know that poe have spikes of performance but my cpu can go up to 85-90C, can any1 help me in any way ? maybe in dm's.

Thanks

If you reach those kind of temps with that cpu, you're probably displaying too many FPS ? (like more than 150fps)

Did you try to set a fps cap ? or enable vsync ?

You are using a laptop, cooling isn't good on them, at 60 FPS and being on a loap top i would expect a 1080p resolution and medium to low settings.

It seems the GP66 has high cpu temps, here's a topic on reddit from some users:

One the guys lowered the max cpu frequency when all cores are used.

Acer A515-51G

My poor Mx150 can run POE with all settings being the lowest but the CPU temperature is way too high.

It was lower before the 3.17.1 patch and now my CPU usually goes up to 97 degrees

This is unusual... Fix Poe please GGG
