In Sin suppose to be in karui shores

So I had to find him in one of the acts to turn in a divine vessel. Did I miss something always was in the oriath before. I tend to not talk to him while leveling if that makes a difference.

No, Sin is not in Karui Shores. This part of the story is later than Sin/Innocence.

You need to go back to an earlier town to find him.

You're going to hear some nonsense about why the lore is making gameplay inconvenient, but the short answer is "no".

If we're still collecting souls for our pantheons to take to Sin, one would think that how do we do that in the storyline if they don't exist? Do we travel back in time metaphysically to when Sin existed to redeem some captured soul to our pantheon? Love the game, but come on GGG. We need a little bit of Story to put Sin with us then ^.^
