Can't find colour craft recipes in Delve.

Hello,

You need the mine level 1 in act 4.

Check the "undiscovered recipes" on your crafting bench to find locations. These can change from league to league.
In this case, delve got all its crafts moved to acts and maps. Украина в моём сердце
