Fog of War not lifting from atlas

Been playing SSF standard since 3.17 launch, post patch I can't seem to clear the fog war from my atlas. I have tried:

-Running multiple different T16 maps, both corrupted and non.
-Running Guardians
-Running a Kirac mission
-Changing my favoured maps (I can click through the fog of war, assuming I can find a map from blind search)
