Why does the lower bar of trinity support does not load?

You need to consistently do the highest damage with at least two elements.

For example lets say you do 500-1000 fire damage and 100-400 cold damage and 0 lightning damage. You will never fill the fire bar because there is never a chance for fire to deal less damage than the other two elements even if fire low rolls and cold high rolls.


If you did 500-1000 fire damage and 300-800 cold damage you would with some frequency have cold be the highest damaging element which would fill up the fire bar.

Your cold minimum damage is higher than your lightning and fire maximum damage, so you never gain cold resonance.
