Question regarding Solaris Lorica/Shavrone's wrapping and MoM

Running Solaris Lorica and Mind over Matter (with aegis aurora).

Solaris Lorica states "PREVENTS CHAOS DAMAGE FROM BYPASSING ENERGY SHIELD"
Mind over matter states "30% of Damage is taken from Mana before Life"

Noticed that hits of chaos damage would damage my Mana as well as my ES before my ES is fully depleted.

Is this working as intended? i thought that Solaris Lorica would protect my mana as well?

Mind over Matter shifts 30% of damage taken to mana from >life< from chaos damage, not ES.

So, working as intended.

if that's the case, why is mind over matter activating when only my ES takes damage?

Solaris Lorica says that Chaos damage should not bypass energy shield, right?

you'll have got hit for more than your ES then blocked or something like that to give the appearance that you didn't reach health when you did.

i thought it was that too so i tested it against a single low dmg mob with all my counter attack things turned off.

it was still bypassing my energy shield and hitting my mana in one hit (without dealing more damage than my total ES).

I made a (second) thread here because i was unsure if it was a bug or i was just reading wrong.

Solaris does nothing to protect your mana, and it's not supposed to unless you have Eldritch Battery.

It says "Chaos dmg does not bypass energy shield"
Does not say anything about life or mana, only that chaos dmg should hit energy shield first before life.

It used to work (way in the past when i played in build 1.3), has the mechanics of lorica changed?

Also, Mind over Matter specifically states when LIFE takes damage, not when energy shield takes damage.

Can you take a video of this behaviour? Ideally without Aegis Aurora and while wearing Shavronne's Revelation (to prevent ES recharge and regeneration) and allocating Vaal Pact to prevent life regeneration.
