passive atlas tree modifiers do not apply on shaper guardian and kirac missions

the modifiers on the atlas passive tree do not affect:
kirac mission -> don't know if this is intended, but doing a lot of his mission don't really make sense with out the buffs. shaper guardian map do not receive any atlas bonuses except, for guardians aid. The ones I tested are rare/corrupted strongboxes, harbinger, expedition, but I suspect it pretty much goes for all atlas passives. they properly don't apply to shaper's guardian maps, as they aren't an actual map on the atlas. elder guardian map do get the atlas buffs. I don't know if the conquered conquers atlas node work as intended or I am just exceptionally unlucky, but with this node allocated I have done +100 tier 14+ maps and only found one conquer map so far.
