Delirium not spawning

It's really hard to confirm if this is a bug. But I took Delirium and the chance to encounter delirium on the passive tree. But I seem to be getting less delirium mirrors than before. In about 30-40 maps I have only 1-2 delirium mirrors. This doesnt seem right.

I have this same issue, only I got zero mirrors to spawn in about 100 maps :(
