Note that at current prices if you're looking for two good prefixes you're better off using eldritch exalts and annuls. The prices are close if you just annul two and exalt two. But you're doing much better than that as you're not exalting again if you hit a bad mod the first time around. But you can still do better than that. You can first block a mod you don't want to hit before exalting, which can very significantly tilt the odds in your favour.
