Anomalous Bone offering + Mistress of Sacrifice not Working

When using Anomalous Bone Offering with Mistress of Sacrifice ascendancy, the offering does not affect the player where Normal and Divergent Quality does.

I am having the same problem. Sucks cause I should have way more survivability not less. Hope it gets fixed soon.
