Need help crafting, feel i was lucky today (Marble amulet, next step)
Hello,
Im kinda new to crafting (playing standard), start a new projet today trying to upgrade my current amulet. Ive never craft anything except basic stuff for really low lvl. I found a marble amulet for my RF build, so i use some alteration on it then ... With 200 of them, i got this thing! Im not a specialist but i think its look good. But at this point i dont know what to do to continu my amulet. Im trying to figure what to do (online), it seems i need to imprint it to be sure to roll back, Craicic Chimeral is 3ex .. so i need to be sure i know what to do at this point. Is it worth it to imprint? After i imprint, what kind of method i should use to get good result and keep those 2 mod on it while adding good mod ? Im looking for life, res, life regen, all attribute etc.. What i have right now : Thanks for your advice, and sry for my english. Item Class: Amulets Rarity: Magic Vulcanist's Marble Amulet of Dissolution -------- Requirements: Level: 74 -------- Item Level: 83 -------- Regenerate 1.37% of Life per second (implicit) -------- +24% to Damage over Time Multiplier +1 to Level of all Fire Skill Gems Last bumped on Feb 15, 2022, 7:12:35 PM

The imprint allows you to revert the amulet at any point in time you chose to its current state.
This means you can regal and hope to hit t1 or t2 of you desired mods, then multimod and add 2 more crafts for a total of 6 mods and thats the best you can do. If that regal fails, you can utilize the imprint once (!) to revert the item to its current state. Which means you have to create a new imprint and regal again, hoping RNG doesnt fail you this time around. Rinse repeat and a couple of imprints later you will eventually hit whatever you want. As stated above you then get to multimods and add 2 more crafts to finish your item. If you finished your item and you happen to still have an imprint: Make sure to destroy it! If you ever click it on accident your finished item will revert to its current state and make you cry ;) Last edited by Orbaal#0435 on Feb 13, 2022, 8:48:12 PM

Thanks for the quick answer.
Just 2 questions :) What is multimod ? is it the uption on bench : Can have up to 3 mod?. Is there a way to augment my magic item and adding a top tier life to it witout be lucky with regal or using bench craft?. Im more interested into suffix now caus most prefixe dont fit my build (ecept life). So having a tier 3-2-1 life on it allow by to bench craft the rest Sorry im noob :) Thank for the warning with imprint. haha Last edited by testfatoietmoi#5702 on Feb 13, 2022, 9:13:54 PM

" Yes thats the one. Keep in mind that the craft to get up to 3 mods does count as one of those 3 crafts. So really you just get 2 more mods. " In theory - yes. You could farm Harvest for about 100 years and hope to find an "Augment Life" craft, which guarantees a random life mod. Could be flat life regen or life leech or flat life of any tier. So its not like there was no RNG involved and those crafts are extremely rare anyways. Imprints plus regal is the best option you have. Other than its regal w/o imprint and then multimod. " Welcome! Keep asking, we all had to start somewhere |

Thats the final result, dont know if i did good or not at the end, cost me about 10ex (1 best, multimod craft, 1 missing golden oil and some missing catalyst)
I guess for a noob like me, its a good amulet at the end. Item Class: Amulets Rarity: Rare Pain Noose Marble Amulet -------- Quality (Life and Mana Modifiers): +20% (augmented) -------- Requirements: Level: 74 -------- Item Level: 83 -------- Allocates Whispers of Doom (enchant) -------- Regenerate 1.87% of Life per second (implicit) -------- +24% to Damage over Time Multiplier +62 to maximum Life +1 to Level of all Fire Skill Gems Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers (crafted) 14% increased Fire Damage (crafted) 12% increased Area of Effect (crafted) 14% increased Area Damage (crafted) |

Thats pretty good and Id just chalk those 10ex off as a sort of learning fee ^^
You got into crafting and got a decent enough result to show for it. Crafting will serve you well in the long run. Quick reminder: Destroy the imprint ;) |

Was kind of scary to go for craft when i didnt know what i do.
Your help was really appreciate and help me to understand concept life multimod etc.. while trying to understand basic of crating and also try to do traduction (yeah you figure english is not my main language haha :D) i discover website that help me firuring out the value possible. I didn't even realise that item lvl was important. When i hit life as my second try, even if it was not top tier one, i stop caus it was a prefix (didn't need much prefix has RF build), so can concentrate on multimod sufix instead. Thanks again and have a nica day |
