Unique flasks don't go to Uniques tab when no flask affinity is set

I understand that if you have a tab with flask affinity turned on all flasks including uniques will go to the flask tab.

However, when no flask affinity is set on any tabs it seems the unique affinity should take priority and unique flasks should then go to the unique tab. Instead the flask just stays in the current tab.

Maybe this should be an enhancement if it is not a bug.
