"Boss Drops 2 additional items with eldritch modifiers" altar is just plain scuffed (#3,744,646,083)

I entered a T16 map with Searing Exarch influence; one of the altars offered the option for which the boss "Drops 2 additional Items with a Searing Exarch Implicit Modifier."

I selected this, and... Well, a lot of things were weird:

• The two influenced items dropped from the boss correctly, and were caught by the filter correctly... But had no influence icons when on the ground.
  
• At a later point, briefly every item on the ground had influence icons. (though the loot filter acted correctly as if they did not)
  
• The area itself gained the property "Drops 2 additional Items with a Searing Exarch Implicit Modifier," without specifying it was a boss. And no other altar effect was reflected here.

Bug Report #: 3,744,646,083. Unsure if this contains any useful data; bug appears to be easily reproducible.

Reproduction: Should be straightforward: find an eldritch altar that offers influenced items to drop, and take that option. Get the items to drop. From prior (unrecorded/reported) experience, the issue with influence icons sems to be very consistent.
