Perseverance and Fortitude not working properly (Onslaught and Fortify)

When allocating Fortitude as an Ascension Perk and wearing Perseverance you should have 100% uptime on Onslaught, since Perseverance states:

"You have Onslaught while Fortifed" and Fortitude gives you permant Fortify of at least 20 Stacks.

How are you checking to see if you have Onslaught? It won't have a buff icon - it'll just grant you the attack/cast/movement speed.

i tested it and you are right. i was just confused because sometimes the buff appears but the effecti always there. the thread can be closed.
