Ritual Altars and Ritual atlas passive points

When i open a map with forced Ritual (buy through Kirac map device options), with all Ritual atlas passive tree points like having 4 rituals or multiple rerolls, it doesn't seem to work all the time.

Kirac missions and Guardian maps do not get atlas passive benefits.
