Large Cluster Jewel deleted

I know GGG says they won't give back items, I just want to know if this is a know bug? My large cluster jewel is gone with my points refunded. I can see in the tree the mediums and small cluster jewels are still there but the large went poof.
Just very demoralizing as I do not have the currency to replace it and losing 15 skill points kind of ruins the build. Last bumped on Feb 13, 2022, 1:49:56 AM

" no skill points have been lost and the same goes for the jewel. remake your tree so the cluster node is connected again and it should pop up again. Next time follow the correct procedure for removing cluster jewels and all will be ok. |

Sorry I guess I didn't explain properly in the original message but the skill point was still in the large cluster slot but the large cluster is gone. The medium and small cluster jewels were in limbo stuck in the tree because there was no large cluster to link them to my tree. I did not refund any points myself, they were there when I logged in.

I did not take any since I read that items aren't replaced under any circumstance so I just placed a space large cluster in to retrieve my other jewels. I just wanted to post to see if this is a known issue or a niche case. I don't expect anything to come from this but hopefully awareness for future cases.
