Assassin's Mark with Mark on Hit

The Assassin's mark with quality on the gem is not working with mark on hit support.
Tried all different variants as divergent, anomolous and the normal one, they didn't work at all. Last bumped on Feb 13, 2022, 7:34:28 AM

Can confirm, "mark on hit" support does not appear to work for any uniques or rares I find now.
Initially when I added the support it definitely worked, don't know what changed (maybe broken as part of a patch/hotfix recently?) |

To expand: I don't think the quality is a factor, my Mark on Hit is 0% quality.

!! You make a compelling argument. Mana might indeed be the issue.
