I'm currently using flameblast with shaper of flames elementalist, I've tried using ignite proliferation support and fan the flames cluster notable, yet neither one of them are spreading the ignites.

+1, same here. I just started leveling and noticed ignite proliferation not doing anything unless the monster stands on top of an already dead but still burning monster.
Looks like they somehow made the radius 0 or something idk. Damn I hope they fix it asap, else ignites is borderline unplayable with certain skills :( |
