Unlocked Searing Exarch on Map Device but Not The Eater of Worlds

I pretty much unlocked the option to add the Searing Exarch influence in maps on day one of mapping once I hit yellow maps but so far despite completing my atlas all the way up to around tier 11 or so with a bunch of higher tier maps as well I have yet to see the option to get the Eater of Worlds Influence unlocked.

At what stage of map completion should this be expected to occur? Any tips for getting it unlocked?

Edit: Literally unlocked it in the next map! Game, you're super trolling at times! XD
