Question about increased effect from Enkindling Orb Mod
 https://imgur.com/i8ZZK6Y Does the 67% increase effect from Enkindling Orb Mod on this flask apply to all the unique mods on this flask including % increased Charge Recovery, % increased Duration, % increased Charges gained by Other Flasks during Flask Effect? Yes. And if you are playing Forbidden Taste, it ramps up the degen you take too.

I believe % increased Charge Recovery and % increased Duration are not effects so they won't be increased.
%increased damage (implicit) and % increased Charges gained by Other Flasks during Flask Effect are effects and should be increased. |
