Primal Rhex Matriarch

Wondering if anyone knows for 100% certinty that this mob actually applies a 50% lightning damage taken debuff. As PoE DB doesnt show anything on it.

In game, whenever the mob does its roar move that is supposded to apply the debuff, it doesnt apply any modifier under the enemy mob's name.
