Bugged-Cant complete " Strange Growths" and "Pound of Flesh" quests

I died and used up all my lives before i could complete it, now I can't re-open the same portal with Tane and the Ichor Pump in it. Can't progress now, also wont let me abandon quest to retart it. Not sure what to do.

Please help..
