Hey, just got seemingly nice stygian wise belt in archnemesis but i have 0 idea on the price as all stygian belts on poe trade don;t have any prices...

Pretty good vise. Problem is that it is overkill on mods that are pretty easy to get elsewhere. You wont get much for it.

no such thing as res overkill on a stygian vise, some builds need highly specific mods on other slots to function and the belt is the only slot they can find resists on.

Except there are no build-enabling mods on that particular vise. It has life, es, mana, and res. All of those are useful, sure, but as Shags said, they're the most generic, easy-to-get mods imaginable. Nothing particularly valuable here.
