what do i have to do to create buy orders for things like instilling orbs?

I've tried everything under the note

the about page on the market page says "instilling-orb" but that doesn't work, either with a b/o or a price tag

Can somone help? i see a ton of buy orders for things like instilling orbs so i dont understand why i can't select it as a currency or type it manually

Nothing is parsed, tried over an hour, asked in 5 trade channels, many pub channels, even whispered people with orders only to be ignored, and i've tried googling it, and the thread here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3224385 seemed to have the answer but trying that didn't work.

to clarify what im trying to do is something like have a chaos orb in my public currency tab with "~price 30/20 instilling-orb" to create a buy order.

That is what used to work for me in previous leagues, but I think they might have been added to the currencies selectable by drop-down.
