Smoking Remains Cluster Notable doesn't work with ballistas

Notable says "10% chance to create a smoke cloud on kill" but it never procs.
Meanwhile on kill effects like Death's Rush onslaught on kill work just fine. Skill procing it is Explosive Arrow with Ballista Totems support. Ancestral Bond is allocated on the tree. Last bumped on Feb 7, 2022, 10:05:55 AM
