Eyes of Zeal didnt drop

Hello. Caught a bug in Act 5. In the isolator the quest item Eyes of Zeal does not drop. Tried to restart the instance a few times (by ctrl+click), nothing helped.

I haven't seen any other reports of this; I'd be inclined to suspect your loot filter's hiding it.

It looks like you've already completed that quest.
You need to enter the Torched Courts from the Chamber of Innocence and work your way back through to the Ruined Square. |
