Forbidden flame/forbidden flesh not working

After making sure both were witch and both were bastion of elements, i tested it and still do not get the bastion of elements buff. The primal aegis buff. Please fix this asap!!

Which ascendancy are you? Based on the launch video / Q&A you can't get a 5th notable in your own ascendancy. So if you are elementalist, then I don't think that specific jewel works for you.
