Bugs with Eldritch altars

Hey, so I've been having some trouble with those eldritch altars that upgrade either the eldritch minions or map boss in a certain way.

Problem 1: After clicking on some altars, they spawn minions but don't disappear, the options are still shown and I am afraid they do not apply. (the altar's map icon is gone)



Problem 2: Sometimes I can go entire influenced maps without encountering a single altar, is that normal or should I be worried?
