In Which Acts Do Expeditions Spawn?

When do Expedition NPCs start spawning in acts?
Want to do a logbook, but keep encountering only Gwennen in maps. I was thinking it might be easier to find the rest of the crew in acts, but I didn't pay attention in which act they start spawning. Last bumped on Feb 6, 2022, 10:27:10 AM

It looks like its a questline now.
I had to finish two Gwennen encounter in the acts, she would then tell Tujen was up next, after that I met Rog and then Dannik. But it looks like you have to talk to them and finish their encounter to trigger the next in line. |

For me they started spawning in Act 6. Had at least one encounter in each zone after Mud Flats. I guess I got lucky with the RNG for once.
