Smashing Strikes not working (ANOINT NOT WORKING. Unallocated)

Smashing Strikes node not working. 10% chance to gain an Endurance Charge on Melee Critical Strike not working anymore. I even get 100% crit chance with shrine, makes 100500 hits and there is no even 1 endurance charge gain. How to solve this trouble?

I have found the issue. Compared all with character on STD league. There is bug that even i have anoint the node Smashing strikes on my amu in tree i have (Unallocated). The bug with anoint on this league =\ Because on STD it works well. Also have tryed to switch the amulets, not helps ...
