Forbidden Flame/Flesh Bone Barrier active Skill not working

Hey GGG-team,

I managed to get my hands on Forbidden Flame and Forbidden Flesh jewels with "Allocates Bone Barrier..." Unfortunately I do not receive the Level 20 Bone Armour Skill, or at least it does not show on my spell bar. I tried relogging and re-equipping the jewels multiple times.
The passive phys dmg reduction and life/es recovery does work tho.

Please have a look as soon as possible.

can confirm this, mines doing the same as well. no active skill granted.
