ilvl from The Feared now 85 (from 86) even with Atlas

Seems some hidden nerf has hit the Feared farmers.

Now Maven's Invitations drop items with ilvl equal to area level (previously was area level +2 as items were considered dropping from bosses, I guess). On the other hand, the Captivated Interest notable compensates this on top of giving additional splinters.

BUT, The Feared area level apparently went down to 83 - 85 with Captivated Interest. So items drop with 85 ilvl, from 86 before (84 base +2).

This hurts, and I fail to see the point of this. Is this intended ?

So, am I the only one facing this ? Or maybe noone cares and there are more profitable bossing than doing the Feared now ?

Seems weird that the Shaper drops ilvl 86 but the Feared only ilvl 85...
