PC full restarts with no error message, PoE is the only known cause, tested all PC components

As the title says, PC completely restarts at somewhat random intervals while playing PoE... No bluescreen or any other error message. Upon reboot event viewer shows nothing aside from the unexpected restart. No lag whatsoever, then it just blips off and my computer is rebooting.

System specs:
Intel i9-11900k
32gigs of ram (3400mhz)
Nvidia GTX 3080
750Watt Gold PSU
Game is installed on a Western Digital m2 drive

I've stress tested everything I can think of, GPU/CPU/PSU and error checked my ram. Also reinstalled the game and updated my GPU driver.

It 'seems' to be worse(happen faster) if I have the resolution at 1440p but I've experience the crash on 1080p as well. And as I said earlier the game is running at a solid 80+ fps at all times until it reboots my whole PC. I've never had this problem before though I didn't play much of Scourge so it's possible it's been a lurking issue since then.

Edit: Seems to be a bug related to the multi-core threading option... With it off I've been playing for a few hours now.

Did you check your CPU temperature while gaming (or anything CPU intensive) ? Seems that your CPU has some cooling issues and restarts the PC when critical temp is reached

It gets a little warm, according to HWMonitor, but nowhere near critical for this cpu, highest I've monitored is 86C, it starts self-throttling at 100C, same with GPU a little warm but never reaches critical levels. Stress test couldn't produce anything above low 80Cs. Also once or twice upon reboot, started PoE back up and it instantly restarted upon login (no chance to warm up at all). I've played a bunch of other games for hours and no problem before or since, including some fairly intensive ones with cranked settings... Metro Exodus, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, few others with nearly maxed settings all around.
